China is using three satellite phones to gather information about the Indian security apparatus in Ladakh, reports said. The phones, which were found active on November 15 in Jammu and Kashmir, were also active on multiple occasions in 2015 and 2016. Security agencies in Ladakh have been put on high alert after the phones were found contacting Chinese numbers.
